Due to all wigs being handmade and custom, no returns or exchanges are honored. Please be sure of what you want and knowledgeable about what you're purchasing.

Refunds will not be provided for any Hair product .

No returns on Any Product , Hair, Wigs, Or Accessories Once product has been shipped.

WITHIN 3 HOURS OF PURCHASE 

You May cancel your Order within 3 hours of placing your order by sending us an email stating your need to cancel your order.

After 3 Hours of placing an order you can no longer cancel and receive a refund payment.

In Person Store Returns or Change of order are subject to pay a restock fee of $100.00 Store credit can be given or refunds via payment method used to pay .
